Welcome to Villa Thea, a stunning 128 m2 villa located in the charming village of Afandou, Greece. Upon entering the villa, you will find yourself in an open plan kitchen, living, and dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary utensils and also includes a basic set of spices, salt, pepper, vinegar, and oil. Depending on the season, guests can even harvest fresh herbs from the garden, such as pomegranates, lemons, and grapefruit. For convenience, there is a dishwasher, microwave, kettle, and two coffee machines – one for Nespresso Caps and one for filter coffee. A washing machine is also provided for guests to use. The villa offers three spacious bedrooms and three bathrooms, making it the perfect accommodation for up to six guests. Towels, beach towels, and linens are provided for your comfort. In addition, guests have access to a selection of books, games, and beach items. At Villa Thea, we understand the importance of staying connected, which is why we provide free WIFI for our guests. For entertainment, there is a satellite Smart TV and air conditioning in all rooms. The highlight of the villa is the outdoor pool, surrounded by a spacious terrace and garden. Villa Thea is situated on the Trapezia hill, just 0.5 km from Afandou beach and 4 km from the beautiful sandy beach of Tsampika – both of which have been awarded the Blue Flag for their excellent water quality. From the property and the first-floor rooms, guests can enjoy breathtaking views of the sea and the mountains of the backland. The nearby monastery of Virgin Mary Tsambika is also a must-see, especially when it is beautifully illuminated in the evenings.
